Do you wonder if it might help to talk with a counselor?   Perhaps about anxiety, depression, or something else you’ve been experiencing?   Or perhaps you’re worried about someone else’s emotional health?

Wellness Services offers free, confidential and anonymous online screenings related to:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety / Stress
  • Substance use
  • Gambling
  • Eating habits
  • Traumatic events
  • Mood changes

Take a screening by clicking on:  https://www.helpyourselfhelpothers.org/. The screening will give you feedback about whether you might benefit from meeting with one of the staff in Wellness Services – perhaps a counselor, medication prescriber, health educator or dietitian.

The Counseling Service at Lewis & Clark is always available if you want to make an appointment.
